Booking a first-contact virtual meeting is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Click the “Book Now” Button: A calendar with available dates will appear. Select your preferred date to see available time slots.

2. Choose Your Preferred Time Slot: Available time slots for the selected date will be shown below the calendar. Choose the best time for you, or select another date to view more available time slots. Once you select the perfect date and time, a “Book” button will appear for you to click.

3. Confirm Your Booking: Provide your name and email, then click the “Confirm Booking” button. You can check the box to create an account for faster future bookings, or Sign In if you already have an account. 

Your booking details, including the link to the virtual meeting, will be displayed on the screen. You’ll also receive an email, so there’s no need to write anything down.
